Balloon Twisting Workshop is a fun, hands-on session where participants learn how to twist and create their own balloon designs, with simple balloon education woven in alongside step-by-step practice.

Unlike a standard balloon twisting service where Hyper makes everything for you, this is a genuine skills workshop — suitable for both adults and children — covering balloon types, twisting techniques and balloon care, before everyone gets pre-inflated balloons to practice with and create 3–5 designs of their own to take home.

Choose this if: you want an interactive workshop where participants learn real balloon twisting skills and a bit of balloon know-how, rather than simply receiving a finished balloon.

Best suited to: schools and OSHC programs, vacation care and holiday activities, libraries and community centres, family events and festivals and team building or group workshops.

What Happens on the Day

Hyper guides the group through balloon basics and twisting techniques, demonstrating each design step by step before giving everyone time to practice and create their own.

Participants twist, try, laugh at the wobbly first attempts and celebrate as their designs come together — building genuine new skills along the way, not just a balloon to take home. By the end, everyone leaves with 3–5 of their own creations and a real sense of having learned something.

This works especially well as a structured, hands-on activity with a clear beginning, middle and satisfying end — for kids, adults or a mixed group together.
